Ganesh Chaturthi the Hindu festival is all around the corner. This is celebrated by Indians with full of joys.It’s also known as the name of Vinayaka Chaturthi. The 10-day celebration is marked by Hindu Dharm followers and they install Lord Ganesha's clay idol in homes, temples and temporary made stage (pandals). The auspicious ritual marks the birthday of Lord Ganesha, who's the son of Lord shiva. Ganesha is also considered the God of good fortune. The celebration starts on the fourth day of Hindu lunisolar calendar in the month of Bhadrapada, means around August and September. In India Every year this festival is celebrated with great fervour via pandals and local communities.

To celebrate the festivities of Ganesh Chaturthi at home here are some tips to Worshiping Lord Ganesha following all the rites.

The festival celebration is embarked on a by installing idols of Lord Ganesha who are made in many sizes for temples, houses and pandals. You can start the rituals by establishing a clay idol of Ganesh ji according to your size of the pooja place at home.
Before worshipping in the morning and in the evening, the entire house is usually cleaned. On installation of the idol at home the entire family is gathered to welcome the Lord of wisdom. The idol is then worshipped by offerings durva (kind of grass), red flowers, modaks,  and karanji
After 10 days of pooja and celebration on the occasion of Anant Chaturdashi, the idols of Lord Ganesha get immersed with the great procession.
