Patna: A case of shame to humanity has come to light from Khagaria in Bihar. Three persons allegedly gang-raped a 14-year-old minor girl in the district here. According to reports, the victim had gone to a Janmashtami programme where the alleged incident took place. Talking about the case, Sanjay Kumar Biswas, SHO, Parbatta police station in Khagaria, said that the victim was returning home after attending the function when she was kidnapped by three bikers.

He also said, "Two criminals have been identified as Akshay Kumar and Golu Kumar, the third is being identified. The criminal had threatened to face serious consequences if he told anyone about the incident after executing the incident. The victim suffered injuries in her private part. However, she did not tell anyone about the case, she was admitted to a private hospital by the family after her health deteriorated on Wednesday evening. '

The same Vishwas said, 'The doctors detected sexual assault on the victim at the time of treatment and then she narrated her ordeal to the medical staff and us. On the other hand, the officer said that the culprits have been booked under the POCSO Act. They are absconding and raids are being conducted to nab them.
