Thousands of such people were killed by the Nazis. In the year 1947, the Nazi concentration camp was converted into a government museum by the Parliament of Poland. It is said that about two tons of hair have been kept inside the museum. Nazi used to cut the hair of Jews and other people before dying so that clothes could be made from them. Lakhs of slippers and shoes and other items of prisoners are also kept in the museum.
