Jaipur: Ashok Gehlot's government of Rajasthan is unable to take a decision on not getting appointments in various boards and corporations despite completion of twenty-two years. Chief Minister Gehlot and Sachin Pilot are not discussing the decision due to mutual disturbance. At the same time, on Thursday, the state government, which was stuck in the case of contempt of the High Court, has issued a reply on the absence of appointments in the commissions and boards. The state government is now working to break it, which has been fully prepared.

This is the whole issue: It has been known that after the formation of the government, a petition has been filed in the High Court last year for lack of appointments in various boards and commissions. After hearing the petition, the High Court had shown strictness and ordered the government to make appointments soon, but the government has not made any appointments after that. The then Chief Secretary in the court, DB Gupta said in the court that the government would soon start the appointment process. But no process has been issued so far. Due to which the government got caught in the case of contempt of High Court. The case is scheduled to be heard on Thursday, the government has to reply to the court regarding the appointments.

According to reports, the Cabinet Secretariat has made full preparations for filing the answer. Officials have said that the contempt of court case was related to the former main truth. Gupta is no longer the chief secretary. Rajiv Sroop became the Chief Secretary in place of Gupta. In such a case, in case of contempt of court, the government should be given time to answer. The government is trying to avoid this argument by putting it in court which will give the government time. After which the government will complete the process of appointments in various boards and commissions. At the top level of the government, there is a rapid churn over appointments.
