Chandigarh: After CM Manohar Lal Khattar, now the state's Agriculture Minister JP Dalal also tested Corona positive. Minister JP Dalal has tweeted on Wednesday that he has been found coronavirus positive. Dalal is the eighth MLA of the ruling BJP found positive for Coronavirus infection in the state.

Cabinet Minister JP Dalal said that he had a test done three days ago, in which he was not confirmed to be a corona victim. However, he then underwent a corona test again, in which he was found corona positive. The minister said that he has quarantined himself at home. He has also urged people who came in contact with him to undergo corona test. Apart from this, BJP MP from Karnal Sanjay Bhatia and MLA Harvinder Kalyan from Gharaunda Lok Sabha seat in Karnal district have also given information through Twitter that they tested positive for coronavirus.

Kalyan also underwent a corona test three days ago, in which he was not confirmed to be infected, but after getting symptoms, he was tested again and found positive. BJP MP Brijendra Singh from the Hisar Lok Sabha seat, MP Sanjay Bhatia and Naib Singh Saini, MP from Kurukshetra have also been found corona virus-positive.
