The third generation model of BMW X6 is going to be launched in the Indian market tomorrow. The new generation model made its global debut in July last year. BMW India started pre-booking of this car in January 2020 itself. The new BMW X6 will be launched in two variants - xLine and M Sport and the company will offer only one turbocharged petrol engine. For your information, let us tell you that 2020 BMW X6 will compete with Audi Q8 and Porsche Cayenne Coupe in the Indian market. The starting price of both SUVs can be Rs 1.33 and Rs 1.31 crore (ex-showroom) respectively. The price of the old generation X6 in the Indian market was around 95 lakh rupees (ex-showroom, Delhi). Now the new BMW X6 will come bigger, more stylish and with more features. However, the company can only launch it initially with a 3.0-liter turbo-petrol engine and it can be priced from Rs 1.1 crore to Rs 1.4 crore (ex-showroom).

Apart from this, in the new BMW X6, the company will provide a large kidney grill. Along with this, it will get sharp twin-pod headlamps which can be optioned with Adaptive LED headlamps with BMW LaserLight. The front bumper of this SUV will be quite aggressive and it can get LED airtime and sculpted corners with LED daytime running lamps and black design elements. The SUV can get Y-shaped twin spokes with new alloy wheels. At the same time, quite bright things will be seen in the rear section as features. The company can get heavy tailoring with LED tail-lamps and sculpted boot lid and a wide bumper, a rear diffuser and an optional M Sport exhaust system. At the same, in terms of interior features, the company launched its new X6 with Vernasca leather upholstery, two 12.3-inch displays, four-zone climate control, a panoramic sunroof, massage function with power seats, glass-finished gear-liver, Bowers and Wilkins 3D sound. With the system, 20 speakers, Ambient Air Package and much more can be given. Along with this, BMW Intelligent Personal Assistant can be given in it, which can be activated by giving Hey BMW command. Along with this, digital assistant feature can also be given in it.
