1- Pepper intake is very beneficial for our health, its intake also relieves you from stomach pain, grind pepper to use it. 3- Consumption of cardamom helps in maintaining digestion, if you are having stomach pain, grind two cardamoms after eating and mix them with honey. Doing so will relieve you of pain.

4- Aloe vera intake is very beneficial for the stomach, its consumption removes stomach problems. Also, if you consume aloe vera regularly, it cleanses your intestines. For this, mix aloe vera juice in water and consume it daily on an empty stomach in the morning.
