Most people do not eat ghee by thinking that they think that their weight will increase due to ghee. Or ghee can damage their health.But let us tell you that this thought is absolutely wrong. Ghee consumption does not harm our health but also benefits us a lot. In Ayurveda, the cow's ghee has been described as nectar. If you regularly consume cow's ghee, you can reduce your weight. And also survive with every type of disease.

In one research, it is reported that eating cow's ghee reduces cholesterol in blood and intestines. Eating ghee increases the secretion of our body's bilary lipid. By eating native ghee, the quantity of bad cholesterol in our body always keeps in control. And it helps in enhancing good cholesterol.

2- Regular consumption of ghee helps in removing many diseases including heart. The cow's ghee works like a lubricant when there is a blockage in the heart tubes from its intake. If you have a heart attack problem and doctors have refused you to eat oily food then you eat cow's ghee, it strengthens the heart.
