The growing population of the country has created problems. Everyone knows this thing. In the past too many times, voices have been raised to control the population. Now Union Minister Giriraj Singh has also expressed concern about the increasing population. He told that increasing population has become a challenge for us. If we want to stand with developing nations, then we have to bring population control laws. A strict act that has been implemented for everyone in this India. Whether it follows any religion.

It is to be noted that Minister Giriraj further said, 'July 11 is celebrated as Population Day all over the world. Sometimes the population is an asset, sometimes it is seen as a liability. We are over 18% of the entire world's population. We have barely 2% of the land left compared to the whole world.'

Professor Dr. Kuldeep Malik says that the growing population is the biggest threat to the whole world, but from the point of view of India, it is very serious and worrying. Sensing this crisis, countries like China have resolved it decades ago by enacting a population control law which is present in front of us as the number two economy in the world today. India's maximum population has reached about 137 crores at present. China ranks first in the world but India has increased from 34 crores to 137 crores in terms of population.
