According to the information received, the police have arrested the three accused in this case. The news has come that the girl's father had lodged a report of the daughter's disappearance at the Suthalia police station and the police said that the girl was going to Indore to meet her brother from Suthalia alone.

Bus cleaner Raju Ahirwar (22) snatched his mobile and saved his number in his mobile while going from Suthalia to Biaora. After that, when the girl returned from Indore to Biaora bus stand, another accused of the accused called the girl and said, "Come here, your mother and father have come to pick you up." Reached the place where the accused took her in a Mahakal bus and carried out the rape with her.

In this case it has also been reported that, "The bus driver tied the girl's hands and feet and punched the cloth in the mouth and the cleaner raped the girl." Now in this case the police have filed cases under 363, 366, 376 (2) and PoCSO Act, in this case the police has taken three accused into custody.
