Recently, a case of crime has emerged from Ballia. In this case, a minor Dalit teenager has been kidnapped and allegedly gang-raped. According to the information received, the police has also arrested a gang rape accused. ASP says that "action will be taken only after the medical examination of the teenager in this case and the case is from Maniyar Police Station." '
As per the information received, ASP Sanjay Yadav while giving information to the media on Friday said, "The 15-year-old teenager was kidnapped in the past. In this case, a report was filed on the 29th, which said that the teenager was missing. But the teenager returned on November 21.
Talking further, he said that on the complaint of the victim, a case has been registered against five people under the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code, POCSO Act and the Scheduled Caste-Tribe Atrocities Prevention Act. According to media reports in this case, the victim stated in her complaint that she was gang-raped by taking her to Panipat in Haryana and that in this case, one of the accused Anand Sagar Yadav was arrested and sent to jail on Thursday.
