Brazilian model Gisele Bundchen is celebrating her husband Tom Brady's birthday. Bundchen took to Instagram to wish her husband a happy birthday as she posted a snap of Brady with his two children Vivian Lake Brady and Benjamin Rein, this Wednesday. Alongside the click, Gisele also wrote down her feelings as sharing a heartfelt note.

In the picture which she shared of Brady with his two children, he carried his daughter Vivian while his son stood close beside him. While Brady dons his sports garb and faces painted, Benjamin also emulates his father as he is seen ready for a game in a full football uniform. 

Gisele only wrote her note to Brady in English but also in her native tongue in the caption. The note read, "Happy birthday to one of the most focused, disciplined and fashionable people I know! @tombrady you are so loved and we are always here cheering for you and wishing you all the most wonderful things in life!"

Gisele's birthday wish comes weeks after the football player celebrated her birthday with a post on Instagram. "Happy Birthday @gisele,” the quarterback wrote beside a snap of his wife grinning at the camera.  He went on to add, “Enjoy your special day and I know this year will be your best year yet. Thank you for inspiring me with your honesty and authenticity." The couple first met each other on a blind date in 2006 and three years later tied the knot.
