Give these healthy and tasty food items to your kids in breakfast

We all are about the importance of the food in life, therefore it is concerdered as the basic need. We take the meal twice, trice or more time a day but most of the people skip the breakfast which posses an advese effect on the body. breakfast is the most important meal of the day as it gives the body the refuelling it needs for the day ahead, after going without food for eight to ten hours during the night.

The breakfast is vital for the all around development of the kids also. The role of breakfast in an improved performance at school has been discussed and debated for decades. It is also found that children who skip breakfast have a slower memory recall.

The list of food items which you can give to your kid in breakfast includes Vegetable upma, vegetable poha, vermicelli upma (made with whole wheat vermicelli), Cereals,and idli / dosa with sambhar and chutney, Bhakri / Thepla / Chapatis with vegetables

You can also give them easy to make items like Porridges like ragi, rawa, and oats. Multigrain bread with cheese / butter are other convenient options with either an egg preparation, or a vegetable omelette with whole wheat bread. You can also provide some fruits and nuts to them.
