Goa beats Mumbai; breaks the no win curse

The first home defeat comes for the Mumbai FC. The team had started their campaign with two wins, but has managed only two points from their last four matches. To add to their woes, they now have a lot of players missing through injury. Leo Costa and Anwar Ali were sidelined from the action after picking up injuries in their previous match, and now Matias Defederico and Pranoy Halder could join the list.

Mumbai lost the match against Goa with the final score till the last whistle, 1-0. This match was a biggy for both the teams as Mumbai had consecutively lost the last two matches and the third was a draw and Goa didn’t even register one win against any team and only way to their single point went through a draw.

Finally Goa won the match and broke the curse while Mumbai still sticks to it. The coach of the Mumbai team said –“ "The guys showed high spirit to go for it, but unfortunately in the final fourth of the pitch, we didn't have the right ball.”

"Mumbai Vs. Goa" who will get a break tonight?
