MUMBAI: In the domestic futures market, both gold and silver prices have seen an increase on Monday morning. Gold prices of December futures appeared to be trading at 0.51%, or Rs 262, at Rs 51,079 per 10 gram on the MCX exchange at 10.47 am on Monday morning. Global futures prices of gold also increased on Monday morning.
Talking about silver futures in the domestic market, then its prices have seen an increase on Monday morning. On Monday morning, the global futures price of silver on Comex appeared to be trading at $ 25.53 an ounce with a gain of 1.68% or $ 0.42. Silver's global spot price was trading 0.98% or $ 0.25 stronger at $ 25.40 an ounce.
On the MCX exchange, silver futures of December futures appeared to be trading at Rs 63,718 per kg, an increase of 1.33% or Rs 834, at 10.50 am on Monday. In the global market also, both silver futures and spot prices recorded an increase on Monday morning. On Monday morning, gold futures trended at 0.45% or $ 8.60 on Comex, trending at $ 1,934.80 an ounce.
