The smartphone has been tipped to land in the China market on March 18. The company seems to have really decided to give away 100 units of the upcoming smartphone to their fans in the mainland.

Talking about the specifications, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro comes with a 6.3-inch full HD+ (2340 ×1080 pixels resolution) LTPS in-cell with Dot Notch display, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, 2.5D curved glass, and also Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the front and back sides. The smartphone gets the Qualcomm’s octa-core Snapdragon 675 chipset which has been clocked at 2.0GHz and is welded to Adreno 612 GPU for graphics. The Redmi Note 7 Pro will be sold in 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of storage versions. It runs on Android 9.0 Oreo with MIUI 10 on top, and it also comes with dual SIM connectivity.

As far as optics is concerned, the Redmi Note 7 Pro features a dual lens setup on the rear panel which includes a 48-megapixel camera alongside a Sony IMX586 sensor with f/1.79 aperture value, EIS, 0.8μm pixel size, PDAF and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor with LED flash for portraits. On the front, the Note 7 Pro gets a 13-megapixel camera with f/2.0 aperture, autofocus, and AI beauty.
