Lucknow: Vaccination is also progressing at a rapid pace amid rising corona cases in the country. In Uttar Pradesh, CM Yogi Adityanath has made a big announcement. The UP government has announced a special facility for all government and private companies working in the state. The employees working in government and private companies will now be given one day leave for corona vaccination. The authorities have also been instructed to exercise vigilance in view of corona infection in rural and urban areas.
Corona testing has been directed to be done at full capacity. At the same time, corona hospitals have also been instructed to increase on the basis of assessment at the local level. All public programs also seek to ensure adherence to physical distance and focus on the compulsory use of masks. CM Yogi Adityanath has also instructed all the conciliar and private schools in the state from Class I to VIII to be closed till 4th April 2021 (Sunday). In other schools, corona rules will be fully adhered to.
A state government spokesman said on Tuesday that CM Yogi Adityanath reviewed the status of corona infection at the high-level meeting and said that since the cases of infection are increasing in the state, the closure of all government and private schools up to class eight may be extended from 31st March to 4th April.
