Noida: Now while cleaning the sewer, no cleaning worker will be lost, because now 'robot' will clean the sewer instead of humans. The cleaning workers do not have to risk their lives by landing in the mainhole, so the Greater Noida Authority has prepared a special type of robot, with the help of which all the debris can be taken out without landing in the mainhole.

This robot cleans the sewer in no time. Not only this, the camera and gas detector have also been installed in this robot, with the help of which the depth of the drain and how much debris is there, can be obtained. Apart from this, it can also be found in relation to poisonous gas coming out of the sewer. The manufacturers have installed such an alert system in this robot, which alerts the worker as soon as the gas is detected.

On giving information, officials said that this machine takes out about 5 to 10 kg of debris at a time. Due to which about 10 mainholes can be cleaned in a day. The name of this robot is Bandicoat, which means 'wild rat'. That is, like a mouse, this machine digs a pit in the ground and debris comes out of it.
