1 cup Pizza Flour
1/2 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/5 cup of water
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp olive oil
For Pizza Topping:
1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
2/3 cup Pizza Cheese
1/2 tsp chili flakes
1/2 tsp fresh origano
1/4 avocado
1/4 cup Zucchini Green / Yellow
1/2 Bell Pepper Red / Yellow
4 mushrooms
2 black olives
green olives
Preparation method:
First of all, heat the oven to maximum temperature and defrost the cheese. You can meanwhile prepare the dough for the base. First mix yeast in lukewarm water in a mixing bowl. Then prepare a soft dough by mixing pizza flour and salt in it. You can knead the dough for 10 minutes to make it smooth. If the dough is sticky, you can knead it by adding a little more flour. Now keep it covered in a counter top. Then place a baking sheet on top of the dough. Then roll it thin like a roti. Then spread the pizza sauce using the back of a large spoon. Now spread the chopped vegetables on it and then pour it over the cheese. With this, take out the baking tray comfortably and sprinkle Italian seasoning over it. Then bake it for 15 minutes or until the thing starts to look golden. Take your hot pizza ready to serve.
