Gujarat's uncontrollable corona, HC says lockdown needed

New Delhi: The threat of the global epidemic coronavirus continues to rise and many states are facing lockdown again. The Gujarat High Court has called for a lockdown in the state after corona cases also increased in Gujarat, a state adjoining Maharashtra. The Gujarat High Court says lockdown has become necessary to prevent the corona crisis in the state.

A petition on the corona crisis was filed before the court on Tuesday, to which the court made the remarks. The Gujarat High Court has said that curfew should be imposed in the state for 3-4 days or a weekend curfew should be imposed. Lockdown has become necessary to bring corona under control in the state. Tell us that cases of coronavirus are once again on the rise in Gujarat. The number of corona cases that come every day after the festival of Holi has also crossed 1000. Coming to the entire state, there are more than 16,000 active cases in Gujarat right now.

Surat is in the worst shape in Gujarat, with about 4,000 active cases. Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Rajkot have the most active cases after Surat.  The Gujarat government has ordered to reserve beds for corona patients in hospitals amid ever-increasing cases of corona in the state. Government hospitals and other centers are said to give masks for one rupee.
