It was brought into vision recently that Gujarat area is creating a challenge for e-commerce retailers, where they are facing certain entry tax charges which are not mandatory in their own opinion. In this following up of all proceedings and formal notification by some E-Commerce retailers Amazon and Flipkart decided to go on to take their petitions on the move by applying the legal code of power to make things move in case of  e charges at certain Gujarat region. It was further on told that the Logistics department of Flipkart known as Instakart would take the responsibility to move on the decision and make it the impact that why only Flipkart and Amazon like E-commerce retailers are being charged on and how the other weren't taken on the basis of regulation by applying certain entry charges to all retailers across Gujarat region.

It is now a shock in the motion of decision as the Gujarat H C has rejected the plea of Amazon and Flipkart in the context of the Entry Tax charges dismissing it as it doesn't make any sense to charge any retailers on the particular basis. The court has expressed the view through its lawyers that there is no particular reason to target any particular E-Commerce retailers especially who have global power, thereby there is no intention to take on the look of no tax for good sales to be implemented especially for Amazon and Flipkart on the separate basis. It is also implemented that the court's certain spies would have eye on the certain motion of any entry tax charges taken on basis of anybody across the Gujarat region, But there would be no creation of any separate law for two unique companies, thus they should tackle on the forgery against them at local region by their own the wing which should surely disappoint both E-commerce retailers indeed on the cause of motion at large...
