Ahmedabad: While hearing the Gujarat High Court on the global epidemic corona virus situation, Advocate General Kamal Trivedi said that the non-compliance of our advice is the result of the corona tsunami. The court here lashed out at the State Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) led Vijay Rupani government.

The court asked whether corona tests are being conducted in every city, taluka of Gujarat. If you say that only 53 per cent of the beds are full, why is there so much uproar about the shortage of beds in private and government hospitals? The Gujarat High Court said that rt pcr investigation is not arranged in Anand and Dang. If the Government had used its resources adequately, this would not have happened today. The state government did not follow the directions of the high court.

The court further slammed the government saying that the government is not aware of how the remdesivir injection is being distributed from where it is coming from. Is this injection amrit booty and it is not causing any side effects, if so, why was the public not made aware of it by issuing a public letter by the Government?
