Narmada, Gujarat: Prime Minister Narendra Modi extended his greetings to the nation on the 148th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhai Patel, emphasizing that "the next 25 years will be the most pivotal period of this century for India." Addressing a National Unity Day parade near the Statue of Unity in Gujarat's Ekta Nagar to commemorate Rashtriya Ekta Diwas, PM Modi expressed, "May this day continue to foster unity and fraternity within our society."
The vibrant participation of the youth and brave individuals at the event was hailed as a significant strength of 'National Unity Day' by the Prime Minister. He remarked, "In a way, a microcosm of India stands before me today. Different states, languages, and traditions converge here, yet every person present is united by a strong bond."
PM Modi further noted, "The events at the Red Fort on 15th August, the Republic Day parade on 26th January along Kartavya Path, and the Unity Day Celebrations on the banks of Narmada have become three pillars of our nation's progress." Underlining the goal of transforming India into a developed nation within the next 25 years, he stressed that these forthcoming years are crucial for the country's development.
