Ahmedabad: In Gujarat, Rahul Gandhi got drunk and created havoc. The drunk 'Rahul Gandhi' was arrested by Surat police for creating ruckus after which he was granted bail. In fact, Rahul Gandhi, a resident of Panas Gam in Surat, Gujarat, was seen harassing people by creating ruckus on Khatodra Road in the city. Police rushed to the spot after receiving information about it.
