Ahmedabad: While the corona epidemic caused upheaval in the country, many institutions and people have also come forward to help. One such wonderful and heart-winning example has been seen in Vadodara, Gujarat. A mosque at Jahangirpura in Vadodara has been converted into a corona center and around 50 beds have been arranged here.

According to media reports, the trustee of the mosque said, "Amidst the shortage of beds and oxygen in the hospital, we decided to convert the mosque into a covid center". It may be mentioned that even in Gujarat, the situation is very bad due to corona. Recently, in many cities of Gujarat, the death of people due to shortage of beds and lack of treatment in hospitals was in the news.

Recently, a picture of a long queue of ambulances outside several hospitals in Gujarat had also gone viral on social media. At the same time, the cremation of those who lost their lives due to corona was being performed continuously in the crematoriums and cemeteries. Gujarat on Monday reported 11,403 new cases, the highest ever in a day. With this, the total number of infected persons in the State reached 4,15,972. With the death of 110 people, the death toll in the state has also increased to 5,494. Ahmedabad has reported 4,207 coronavirus cases in the last 24 hours.
