New Delhi: A 17-year-old girl, a class 11 student, has accused her brother and father of sexually assaulting her in Gurugram, police said on Sunday. The matter came to light when the girl told her school teachers and principal about it. On hearing the girl's ordeal, the school teacher and principal were also stunned and took her to the police station and lodged a complaint.
The girl told her school principal and teachers that her father and his brother used to sexually abuse her. They also threaten to kill her if she told anyone. After questioning the victim for nearly four hours, an FIR was registered under sections of the POCSO Act at Kherki Daula police station, police said. "We are verifying the facts and action will be taken as per law," a senior official said.

The 53-year-old accused pleaded in court that he was responsible for taking care of his wife and four children. On this, the court said that these arguments cannot change the situation. Because the crime committed by the accused was neither under any pressure nor on the part of the minor victim.
