He rings the bell and waits for the customer to answer the door. Meanwhile, the agent appears to survey his surroundings. He looks down and notices three pairs of shoes placed outside the apartment. Within a minute, someone opens the door, takes the package, and the agent hands it over. After the delivery, he briefly uses his phone and then starts to walk away. However, he glances back towards the shoes, removes the cloth wrapped around his head, and wipes his face with it. He descends a few steps but then cautiously returns, retrieves one of the pairs of shoes, wraps it in the cloth, and walks away with it.

The X user who shared the post captioned it as "Swiggy's drop and PICK up service. A delivery boy just took my friend's shoes and they won't even share his contact." Since its posting on April 11, 2024, the video has garnered over 700k views. In the comments section, the X user disclosed that the incident occurred in Gurugram. Swiggy's official support handle, Swiggy Cares, responded to the viral video, stating, "Hey Rohit, we expect better from our delivery partners. Do reach out to us via DM so we can assist you further."
