Every day, some awful incidence is exposed, and today, a very shameful incident has been disclosed here. Bhaskar Baruah, a doctor at Guwahati Refinery Hospital, was detained on Friday night in the Kamalpur locality near Baihata Chariali in Kamrup district for allegedly sexually abusing a nurse.

On Tuesday night, Bhaskar Baruah, a doctor at Guwahati Refinery Hospital, allegedly attempted to sexually harass a nurse in cabin no 2 of the hospital. 

The doctor reportedly locked the cabin door and made advances towards the nurse while under the influence of alcohol. A case (no 45/22) under section 354 was filed against the Guwahati Refinery Hospital doctor after the nurse filed a case  at the Noonmati police station. After the incident, he went missing.

On Friday night, police were able to trace down Baruah's phone location and apprehended him at his relatives' home in Kamalpur.
