Bhopal: 8 more children lost their lives in the last 36 hours at Kamala Nehru Ward at Hamidia Hospital in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. However, the hospital management is denying the fire case behind the deaths. Hospital management says all the children were premature. Everyone had some birth problems, so not everyone's death can be linked to fire.

According to the same hospital management, 4 newborns have died in Monday night's fire case, but since then, 8 more children have lost their lives in the SNCU ward. Medical Education Minister Vishwas Sarang said, "In SNCU ward, only children who are pre-mature or have birth problems including respiratory problems are admitted in the SNCU ward."

Vishwas Sarang also said, "Some children are also admitted to SNCU ward due to congenital diseases. Therefore, it is wrong to say that Monday night's case is responsible for the death of all the children. The 8 children who have died in the last 36 hours have been suffering from illness and birth problems.'' According to Jyotsna Srivastava, head of the child ward, only seriously ill children are admitted to SNCU. On average, so many deaths have been reported in the past, we have told the parents that if they have any apprehension as to how their children died, they can apply for postmortem, but so far only one family has applied, whereas other families have accepted the bodies without a postmortem.
