Allu Arjun’s next film in the pipeline, tentatively known as AA19, went on to the floors on April 24 as planned. The shooting is happening at the Police Lines and will proceed thereon. Pooja Hegde has been signed up to play the female lead in this flick. And recently there have been rumors that Hansika Motwani will be part of the project as well. However, an official announcement has been made by the production house that Hansika is not a part of this film.

Billed to be a romantic-family entertainer, the film, commonly referred to as #AA19 has commenced its principal shooting at Police Lines on Wednesday.

"Important scenes featuring Allu Arjun will be shot in the city during this schedule which will go on until the first week of May. The team will go ahead with the second schedule in the last week of May with the film’s leading lady, Pooja Hegde, joining the sets along with the other cast,” the source adds. Earlier this month, there were reports that this film’s title may be announced as Alakananda but there is no official word on it yet.

The supporting cast of the film includes veteran actor Sathyaraj, Rajendra Prasad, Tabu, etc. Reports are that Tabu will be seen playing the hero’s mother in this film. Produced by Allu Arvind and S Radha Krishna, #AA19 has music by SS Thaman.
