Hansika's 50th film 'Maha' has been in the making for a while now and it known that Simbu has been roped in to play an extended cameo role in the film. The film is written and directed by debutant director U.R.Jameel.
While the makers are yet to decide if the film will be a theatrical release or direct OTT release, they have decided to release the teaser of the much awaited film. The teaser of the film will has been announced to be released on July 2, at 6 p.m.
Produced by Mathi Azhagan under the banner of Etcetera Entertainment, 'Maha' also stars Sanam Shetty, Thambi Ramaiah, Karunakaran, Mahat Raghavendra, Suijith Shankar, Nanditha Jennifer, and Srikanth.
The music of Maha has been composed by Gibran, while Madhi is the cinematographer of the film and the editing is done by Johan Abraham.
Hansika Motwani is an Indian actress who mainly appears in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi films alongside with Malayalam and Kannada films. She made her film debut in Telugu cinema with Desamuduru (2007) and became the recipient of numerous accolades, including a Filmfare Award.
Motwani appeared in a couple of Telugu movies, including Kantri (2008) and Maska (2009). She started her career in Tamil cinema with Mappillai and then appeared in several commercially successful Tamil films such as Engeyum Kadhal (2011) , Velayudham (2011) , Oru Kal Oru Kannadi (2012) , Theeya Velai Seiyyanum Kumaru (2013) and Singam II (2013). She debuted in Malayalam cinema with Villain (2017).
