Famous comedian Archana Puran Singh's husband Parmeet Sethi has turned 60 today. He was born on 14 October 1961 in New Delhi. He is a famous TV actor and director. Parmeet did his education from Mumbai. He completed his college life from Sydenham College of Commerce and Economics, Mumbai. Archana and Parmeet got married on 30 June 1992. Both have two sons, Aryaman and Ayushman.

Archana and Parmeet met on the set of a TV show. Both were dating each other before marriage. Parmeet was identified in the industry with Aditya Chopra's film 'Dil Wale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge' which came out in the year 1995. In this film, he played the role of 'Punjabi Munda' Kuldeep whose marriage was going to happen to Kajol. After this, he played the character of Captain Ranveer in the 1996 film 'Diljale'. In this film, Parmeet was seen with Ajay Devgn and Sonali Bendre. He had introduced his acting in Hindi films as well as Punjabi films. Along with this, Parmeet has also worked in many TV shows.

Parmeet has also worked as a director in the TV shows 'Har Mard Ka Dard' and 'Sumeet Sambhal Lega'. He has not been seen on screen for a long time, his wife Archana is seen in many comedy shows.
