Alka Gupta is an Indian film and television actress. She is famous as Manu, playing the role of Manu (young queen Lakshmibai) in Zee TV soap Jhansi Ki Rani. She later re-entered the same show as Kali. His first film was the Tollywood film Andhra Pori, in which she played the lead character Prashanti. Gupta also appeared in the 2015 Telugu film Rudramadevi.
Alka Gupta was born on 12 April 1997 in Saharsa, Bihar. Her family is a native of the area. She was raised in Mumbai. Her father Gagan and her younger sister Goya are also actors. She attended Rustomji International School in Dahisar, Mumbai.
She is known for her versatile performance as Manu in Jhansi Ki Rani. To make the serial very lively, she worked hard and took horse riding and sword training for two months. She also learned Sanskrit to deliver verses. She played the character of Ami in 'Khelti Hai Zindagi Aankh Micholii', on Zee TV. She acted in the Telugu film Andhra Pori, produced by Ramesh Prasad with Puri Jagannath's son Akash Puri. It was released in June 2015. She played the lead role in the Tollywood film Rudramadevi.
