Dehradun: The health of former Uttarakhand CM Harish Rawat suddenly deteriorated on Friday. He was taken to the hospital. Harish Rawat had participated in the protest of unemployed youth in Dehradun. Congress leader Rawat fainted while sitting in a protest.

In fact, students are protesting against the paper leak and other irregularities of the recruitment examinations happening continuously in the state. On Wednesday, unemployed unions and competitive examinees in Gandhibagh raised the demand for reforms in the state's recruitment examinations commission UKPSC and UKSSC due to the protest. The candidates alleged that there was a lot of rigging in the examinations conducted by the Commission. Government job recruitments are being canceled due to rigging.

Youth who have appeared for police, patwari, forest range officer, RO, ARO, PCS J, spokesperson AE, lower PCS, upper PCS, and JE examinations are still waiting for their recruitment. The students are demanding a CBI inquiry under the supervision of a judge on all officers and employees of the commission.
