Harry Styles appeared at the Toronto Film Festival 2022 alongside his co-stars from the movie My Policeman, Emma Corrin and David Dawson, following the drama surrounding the Venice Film Festival involving his Don't Worry Darling cast. In addition, the singer was successful in winning his first acting prize at the festival's Tribute Awards.

At the TIFF Tribute Awards on Sunday night, the actors of My Policeman accepted the ensemble prize, and Styles was in attendance. After receiving the honour, in his acceptance speech, the singer said, "Thank you so much to everyone here, on behalf of all of us, for this wonderful, wonderful award. We all loved working on this film so much. And we hope you enjoy it." While on his Love On tour, Styles has been performing and appearing in advertisements promoting his next movie.

The musician was recently embroiled in a scandal over his other movie, which was helmed by his girlfriend Olivia Wilde. In a video that went viral on social media, Harry was charged with spitting on Chris Pine at the Don't Worry, Darling! Venice premiere. While Pine's representatives swiftly denied the rumours, Harry later made fun of them while performing in New York.

The singer, who has been seeing Wilde since last year, did not make their relationship public at the Venice Film Festival. Olivia discussed the couple's desire to keep their relationship quiet in an interview with Variety.
