Under Saini's leadership, significant advancements have been made in enhancing the Panchayati Raj system. He established the Inter-District Council and increased the e-tendering limit to Rs21 lakh, which helps local leaders initiate development projects more smoothly. The Chief Minister has also focused on empowering marginalized communities by increasing the annual income limit for the creamy layer of Other Backward Classes (OBC) from Rs6 lakh to Rs8 lakh. He also plans a special recruitment drive to address backlog positions, creating more opportunities for OBC individuals in government roles.
