Haryana Government has made a big change in the online transfer policy. Now the online transfer policy will also be released in the department of 300 cadre posts. Till now this arrangement was only in the departments with 500 cadre posts. On behalf of the Chief Secretary Office, orders have been issued to all administrative secretaries, heads of departments, vice-chancellors of the university, mandalayuktas, boards, managing directors of corporations, chief administrators, and registrars of Punjab Haryana High Court.

The employees who were changed anywhere in the past will get an opportunity to participate in the transfer policy. Options will be taken from them against vacant posts. After the transfer, the decision on deputation and temporary transfers will be taken by a committee headed by DC. A separate website will be made for this. Newly married and recently divorced women will be given stations of their own choice after the transfer process.

Apart from this, vacancies at the office level will also have to be opened for transfers. The Chief Secretary has ordered to complete the transfer process by 31 August. In the skill development and ITI department, only the posts of work attendants, peons and watchmen will be transferred. The Chief Secretary has ordered that the Advocate General should consult the transfer policy to avoid legal disturbances.
