In Haryana, youth will be able to get jobs by training on government expenditure. In the country, Haryana will be the first state to provide a platform for 50 thousand talented youth to get government jobs. Apart from Haryana, the Deputy CM has prepared a special scheme for the youth of Haryana to compete in other state and central government jobs. Under this, there is a plan to prepare high-level technical exams like Group-C, Group-D and 'Gate' in Railways, Banks, Staff Selection Commission, Defense etc.
To fulfil this dream, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between the employment department, M3M Foundation and Gradeup in the presence of Deputy CM Dushyant Chautala on Tuesday. Minister of State for Labor and Employment Anoop Dhanak, Additional Chief Secretary of Employment Department TC Gupta, M3M Foundation representative Payal Kanodia, Gradeup representatives Aishwarya and Pankaj, besides many senior officials of employment department, were present during this period.
Chautala said that "This MoU will prove to be a milestone in getting the talented youth government jobs. Under this, in the first stage, 50,000 meritorious candidates will be given coaching for Group-C and Group-D jobs through online programs. In which 70 percent rural and 30 percent urban youngsters will be included. Through this platform, online coaching will be given to those youngsters who have been given competitive exams under the Haryana Staff Selection Commission and were not selected with a difference of very few marks. The progress of their preparation will be reviewed every week and every month. Out of these, there is a plan to prepare the top 1,000 youngsters for Group-A and Group-B jobs by giving coaching. The new platform will provide a web-link to the employment department from which candidates will be registered".
