CHANDIGARH: Extending greetings on International Yoga Day, Haryana Governor Satyadeo Narain Arya on Monday said the immunity of the body can be enhanced by performing regular yoga, exercises and 'pranayama'. Thus we all should include yoga activities in our daily routine.
n his message, Governor Arya said that Yoga is an invaluable gift of the ancient Indian tradition and the art of leading a healthy life. Prime Minister, Narendra Modi has been promoting Yoga on humanity basis to maintain the health of the people across the world. Yoga practice has got recognition at international level due to the efforts made by Prime Minister.
He said that all the doctors and experts across the world believe that the impact of covid-19 pandemic can be decreased by practicing Yoga and boosting the immunity of the body
In his address to the nation, PM Modi said that for most of the countries of the world, Yoga Day is not their age-old cultural festival and in this difficult time, people could have forgotten about it and ignored it, but on the contrary, people’s enthusiasm for yoga has increased.
