New Delhi: State Home Minister Anil Vij has expressed serious concern over the ongoing farmer's agitations across the country as well as in Haryana amid the rapidly growing global epidemic of coronavirus cases. Anil Vij on Friday said that today when the corona is once again spreading with a frightening boom.  There is such a huge crowd of farmers on the borders of Haryana. Today, I have to protect the people as well as the farmers from corona infection.

Haryana Home Minister Anil Vij said, "I am going to write to Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar to deal with the situation so that the discussion with farmers can be resumed. It may be recalled that thousands of farmers have been protesting against the new agricultural laws at the borders of Delhi and Haryana since November 26 last year.

Farmers adamant about repealing agricultural laws have declared a cross-border war with the government on the issue. The farmers have requested the government to accede to their demands at the earliest. On the other hand, it has been made clear by the Government that in any case the law will not be returned, but the amendment is possible.
