Lucknow: The Central Bureau of Investigation has made several important revelations in its charge sheet in the case of the alleged gang rape of a Dalit girl in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. In the charge sheet filed in Allahabad High Court on December 18, the CBI has said that the UP police has committed negligence in the Hathras gang rape case.

The CBI in its 19-page charge sheet has said that the victim's statement has not been taken on September 14. The victim used the word coercion in her statement, but the police ignored sexual harassment cases 2 times. Which destroyed the forensic evidence. In the charge sheet, the CBI has claimed that the victim's statement has been taken after 5 days and she was tested 8 days later.

At the same time, the CBI also alleged that for the first time, the police have not included the names of 2 other co-accused, while rejecting his statement in writing. Let us tell that a Dalit woman was allegedly gang-raped by 4 men in Hathras on 14 September. In the charge sheet filed by the CBI, the investigating agency has made all these accused.
