Mumbai: Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray recently said, "Separate funds will be set up for the preservation of temples in the state and efforts will be made to save Maharashtra's culture. This will also make you understand that we have not given Hindutva." While looking at the situation of Coronavirus infection in the state, he said, "We went door-to-door to get information about people's health. We got many information based on which we took care of our citizens. Due to this many lives were saved. Many died, but we did not hide any figures. Other states hid the figures, due to which our figures are higher. Is this also a question? ''

He further talked about the Maratha reservation. He said, "No reservation will be given to anyone by taking reservations and justice will be done to all societies. Whoever is trying to create a quarrel in the society will not succeed. As Chief Minister, I am saying this responsibly. ''

He also said, "Who demanded the bullet train? Who will benefit from this? There are only 4 bullet train stations in Maharashtra and the rest in other states. May I say that this place belongs to us and make a carshade here? In the name of good for Mumbaikars, you should not spread any lies. The benefit of shifting Aarey carshed to Kanjurmarg will be understood in future. The amount that was raised without permission in the previous government will also be known soon."
