In fact, the High Court has ordered the husband, who took the wife out of the house keeping the child with him, to stay in the in-laws' house for a month. After knowing this order, the senses of many people are blown away. In this case, the in-laws have also been told, 'Take better care of your son-in-law. Daughter's house will survive. Let us tell you that the husband resident of Morena had thrown his wife out of the house keeping the 2-year-old girl with him. In such a situation, the wife filed a petition in the High Court to get the custody of the child. At the same time, during the hearing of this case, the husband appeared and then in the High Court, the husband denied the wife's allegation and said that the wife herself left the house.
Apart from this, both husband and wife accused the in-laws of misbehavior. Seeing all this, the High Court said- 'Husband stays in in-laws' house for a month, then hearing will be held. It is being told that Geeta Rajak, a resident of Seva Nagar area of ​​Gwalior, was married to Ganesh Rajak, resident of Morena. At the same time, after marriage, everything went well and both had a son. However in the meantime the situation started deteriorating and sometime back Geeta was thrown out of the house by Ganesh and his family and kept the son with them.
At the same time, when the husband did not give the child, Geeta went to the High Court. In such a situation, husband Ganesh said in the High Court – Geeta herself has left the house. He wants to keep his wife with him. During this, the High Court heard the arguments of the husband and wife. However, after hearing everything, the High Court finally gave a unique order in this matter. The High Court told Ganesh- 'Take the son to the wife. Go to the in-laws' house for a month, then we will hear the matter.
