New Delhi: Karnataka Congress Congress leader DK Shivakumar is currently lodged in Tihar Jail in connection with money laundering. Yesterday i.e. on Monday, former Karnataka leader and Janata Dal-Secular (JDS) leader HD Shivakumar arrived to meet him in Tihar. The court has sent him to judicial custody till October 25 in the case being investigated by the Enforcement Directorate (ED). After meeting Sivakumar in jail, Kumaraswamy said, "Political issues are different and personal relationships are different. This was my personal journey".

He is facing political vendetta. "I came here to give them confidence. He is very strong mentally and we will fight him". There was a coalition government of Congress and JDS in Karnataka which could not complete its term. The coalition government collapsed after more than 15 legislators withdrew support from the government. After which BJP took power in the state. After the fall of the coalition government, a round of accusations started between the Congress and the JDS. Both accuse each other of not running the government.
