New Delhi: Given the festive season in the country, all the companies are busy attracting customers. Companies are entering the market with a variety of plans. Private sector big bank HDFC has also joined this link. The bank has launched a campaign to offer bumper discounts to its customers for the next three months. In this way, the bank has made this announcement to give a direct competition to the major e-commerce at the beginning of the festive season. The bank has said that those purchasing through its platform will get many discount offers. The bank has also targeted to include retail shoppers in this company.

HDFC Bank, one of the largest private sector banks in the country, has said that due to this digital push, it is aiming to reduce the cost and income ratio by five percent. The bank has started this campaign at a time when it is believed that the economy has slowed down due to consumption or lack of consumption. This is the reason that the growth rate of GDP in the June quarter fell to a six-year low of five percent. The bank has announced huge discounts on all banking products, including Samsung, Reliance Digital, Apple and more than 1,000 big brands. The bank said that this discount will be available on both its debit and credit cards.
