A shocking and horrific incident comes to light where a headless body of three year old found. The 3-year-old went missing on November 30 from Preet Vihar in Delhi. As per the information it was discovered that a neighbor had kidnapped him under false pretenses. 

According to the information, The neighbor kidnapped the boy while he was playing outside his house. He was apprehended at a relative's home in Jagatpuri. It was found that the boy was horribly beaten with several stab wounds sent shockwaves through Meerut's Incholi village. Police has arrested a suspect in the case. The official said, it looks like he stabbed the youngster before decapitating him and leaving his body at a farm.

As per the police official the accused kidnapped the boy while he was playing outside his house. He was apprehended at a relative's home in Jagatpuri. During the investigation the man told police that he had abandoned the youngster in a sugarcane field in Meerut. Farmers in Incholi reported the incident seeing stray dogs chewing on a body and eating pieces of an arm and alerted local authorities.

After this Police arrived on the scene and discovered a decapitated body missing one limb. Meerut police was looking into the whole matter meanwhile a Delhi Police  arrived at the scene with the accused. The head was discovered a few metres away from the bones. 

The police official said, “We initially thought the accused was 16 years old, however, a couple of his documents indicate that he is beyond the age of 18, Delhi Police stated. Investigations found that the accused kidnapped another boy roughly four to five years ago, but he returned home after a few days.” Meerut SP said “The victim’s neighbour, 18-year-old, had brought this child here in Meerut as some of his relatives lived here. Later on December 4, he killed the child and went back to Delhi.” As of now police investigation the whole matter.
