Cucumbers 4 medium

Boiled Potatoes 4 Medium

1/4 cup roasted peanut

Green Chillies 2-4

Rock salt 1 tsp/tsp Svadanusar

Red Chilli Powder to Taste

Sugar 1 tsp

Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp

Method of making:

Heat a pan on a medium flame and fry the peanuts on medium flame for about 5 minutes.

When peanuts are roasted, their color will change and it will become very fragrant too. Now take the peanuts in the kutni.

Lightly remove the peanut peels and keep it aside.

Remove the peel and wash it thoroughly and cut the cucumber into about half an inch pieces.

Remove the peel of the boiled potato and cut it into about half an inch pieces.

Remove the stem and wash it thoroughly and finely chop the green chillies.

Now take chopped cucumbers, boiled potatoes, roasted and chopped peanuts, chopped green chillies and chopped coriander leaves in a glass bowl.

Take lemon juice, sugar, rock salt and red chillies in a small bowl and mix all the ingredients well.

Now add lemon mixture over the salad and mix well with cucumbers and potatoes.

Delicious potato-peanut chaat is now ready to serve.
