One of the finest actors of Bollywood famous for his realistic acting Manoj Bajpayee, has delivered some powerful roles including his debuted film Bandit Queen,Shool, Pinjar, Rajneeti, Gangs of Wasseypur, Aligarh, Sonchiriya, Aarakshan and many more. As the actor has played roles of cops in different movies. There were reports of him featuring in Pushpa 2 as a cop.

Manoj shared a news report and wrote, "Kaha Kaha se samachar late he app log? (From where do you guys get such news?)". The actor twitted with two laughing emojis.

Earlier in an interview also the actor denied the rumors and said, "No truth! False news! That’s all I can say!"

While in an earlier interview Manoj also talked about his love for south movies and said, “They are unapologetic, they are passionate, and every shot they take as if they are taking the best shot in the world…They shoot a film as they have envisioned it, they don’t dumb it down for the audience because they hold their audience in the highest regard and their passion is supreme. If you see Pushpa or RRR or KGF, the making of it – it is immaculate. Each and every frame is actually shot in a manner as if it were a life and death situation. This is what we lack." He was last seen featuring in the 2021 movie Dial 100 alongside Neena Gupta and Sakshi Tanwar playing lead roles.

Pushpa became one of the most successful pan-India films after its release in December 2021. It was released in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada. The film was a hit at the box office, and grossed more than ₹300 crore worldwide.
