Isn't WhatsApp a really easy-to-use instant messaging app? Everything looks to have been given to users on a silver tray, from sending photos, files, and video messaging to video calling and more, all with just a few taps. What if WhatsApp had a quick reply option? Only Business accounts have access to the quick reply option. WhatsApp Business introduces new features and capabilities to help businesses better manage client conversations.

"Quick Replies," one of the platform's first major features, allows you to re-use commonly sent messages by sending them fast using keyboard shortcuts. This feature may be used to create shortcuts for the messages you send to your clients, the most popular of which are quick responses. Graphics and videos can be employed in the form of media communications.

How to set quick replies?

-Users of the WhatsApp Business app can send rapid replies. In your app, go to More Options, then Business Tools.

– There, select Quick responses and then Add.

– While tapping on the Message option, you can compose your message or rapidly respond to a media message. It’s worth noting that you can’t send media files as a rapid reply in WhatsApp’s Web or Desktop editions.

– Then tap Shortcut to create a keyboard shortcut for quick replies, and then ‘Save’ it.

How to send a quick reply to your client?

The WhatsApp Company app produces short replies based on the information in your business profile to make it simpler to connect with your clients. You may send a brief message with your hours, address, or even your full profile as a response. Simply open a chat, touch on the message text box or the attach icon, and then quick respond to transfer media files.

WhatsApp is rolling out a new entry point that will show all of the shortcuts that have been set in WhatsApp Business Settings. A new shortcut has been introduced to the chat share action menu, according to WABetaInfo. It is not, however, restricted to iOS users; Android beta testers running the current WhatsApp Business beta may find the same shortcut in the same area.
