Activists claim that 32,000 women are missing from Kerala. There has been widespread protest against this.

The trailer hints that the plot of the film revolves around three girls on a college campus who are persuaded by their friend to convert and eventually join the terrorist organization ISIS. Adah Sharma is playing the lead role.

Chennai-based Tamil journalist B.R. has filed a complaint against the film, accusing it of spreading hatred against

Kerala. Arvindakshan had also complained to the Chief Minister. It has been stated in the complaint that false propaganda is being carried out against Kerala and communal harmony is being destroyed. There were reports that he had filed a complaint against the film to the Union Ministry of Information and Communications and the Censor Board.
